Compression force transducer

Our pressure transducers are used wherever the pressure of gases or liquids needs to be measured precisely – for example, in vessels, pipework or test benches. A diaphragm is deformed by the pressure of the medium; strain gauges (SG) on the rear of the diaphragm measure this deformation, whilst being protected from direct contact with the medium.

Thanks to this robust, purely mechanical measuring principle with no moving parts, our pressure transducers are suitable for both static and dynamic measurements – from industrial pressure monitoring and hydraulic and pneumatic systems to brake pressure measurement in automotive engineering.
