Strong for life - Our visit to the sponsored kindergarten in Kamenz

A few days ago, we were once again able to visit our sponsored kindergarten "Kinderhaus Kunterbunt" in Kamenz.

The last year of kindergarten is a very special and formative time for pre-school children: they are prepared for the transition to school through play - not only in terms of reading, writing or concentration, but also in terms of social skills and dealing with challenges in everyday (school) life.

This is exactly where the HELDENPOWER team comes in. The initiative has set itself the task of making children and young people strong - for a life without bullying and conflict. After all, bullying can affect anyone. This makes it all the more important to sensitise children to respectful interaction at an early age and to give them the tools they need to assert themselves.

In age-appropriate courses, children learn, among other things

to communicate confidently,
to recognise and maintain their own boundaries,
to treat others with respect,
to resolve conflicts non-violently.

These fundamentals are more important than ever in today's world.

We are delighted to be able to financially support the Kinderhaus Kunterbunt and the teachers in this valuable project - and thus make a contribution to a strong and non-violent childhood.
